Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.

The service

Requirement Office lets you discover job listings, maintain a candidate profile, save roles, and submit applications to organisations using Recruitment Office OS. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or offers. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers and their recruiting partners.

Your content & applications

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant us and the relevant recruiting organisation a licence to use, store, and display that information for recruitment purposes related to your applications. You represent that your content is truthful and that you have the right to share it (including photos and documents).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading profile or application information
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service without permission
• Harass other users or recruiting teams or upload malicious code
• Use the portal for unlawful discrimination or spam
• Circumvent access controls or another user's account

Third-party services

Sign-in options, hosting, and analytics may involve third parties subject to their own terms. Links to external sites (including the recruiter application) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Intellectual property

The portal design, branding, software, and curated content are owned by us or our licensors. Job descriptions and employer materials may be owned by the respective organisations. You may not copy or reuse portal materials except as allowed by law or with permission.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Job listings may contain errors or become outdated; verify important details with the hiring team.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data arising from your use of the portal or any hiring outcome. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one thousand Indian rupees (INR 1,000), except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence where applicable.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Check this page for the latest version.
