Who we are

Requirement Office is a job portal operated in connection with Recruitment Office OS. When you apply to a role, your information may be shared with the recruiting organisation and their authorised users on that platform.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password hash, and optional sign-in via third-party identity providers (e.g. Google) when you choose that option.
• Profile & application data: phone numbers, location, employment history fields, education, skills, salary expectations, notice period, social links, notes, profile photo, optional resume or other documents you upload, and jobs you save or apply to.
• Usage data: pages viewed, search queries, device and browser type, IP address, and similar technical logs used for security, analytics, and product improvement.
• Communications: messages you send to our support channels.

How we use information

• Create and secure your account
• Display and match you with job opportunities
• Submit applications to recruiters and track pipeline status
• Improve search, recommendations, and portal performance
• Send service-related notices (e.g. application updates where enabled)
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with applicable law

Sharing

We share candidate information with recruiting organisations when you apply or when you explicitly consent. We use infrastructure and service providers (hosting, email, authentication, analytics) that process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information.

Employer names may be withheld on job listings marked confidential until later in the hiring process; your application data is still delivered to the authorised hiring team.

Cookies & local storage

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if essential cookies are disabled. Saved jobs for signed-out users may be stored locally in your browser until you sign in.

Retention

We keep account and profile data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, security, and dispute-resolution purposes. Application records may be retained by recruiting organisations according to their policies.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact privacy@recruitwallah.com to submit a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect personal data. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please use a strong password and keep credentials private.

Children

The portal is intended for users who can lawfully enter employment contracts in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
